This ageold recipe is everybody's most favorite thing, especially good after an invigorating Kundalini Yoga class!
Please enjoy, this tea is good for your blood, colon, nervous system and bones. It is also good for colds, flu, and physical weakness.



10 ounces ( 315 ml ) water
2 slices fresh ginger root ( optional, but definately worthwhile )
3 cloves
4 green cardomon pods, cracked
4 black peppercorns
half stick of cinnamon
quater teaspoon black tea ( a teabag )
half cup ( 125 ml ) milk or soy milk or equivalent
honey, to taste ( optional, but again very yummy )


Bring water to a boil and add the spices.
Cover and continue boiling for 10 - 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, add black tea, and let steep for 1 -2 minutes.
Add honey and milk, bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Strain and then serve.

This recipe makes one cup, please increase ingredients accordingly
